Every module and level of the course is free the only payment on this site is the ₹49 Certificate of Achievement, purchased after completing the course. Because the learning content itself is never paywalled, there is nothing to refund on the course access itself.
Once a certificate is issued (i.e., your payment is captured and a certificate record is created), the charge you paid ₹49 or a lower amount if a coupon was applied is generally non-refundable, since the certificate is immediately delivered in full.
If you were charged but no certificate was ever issued (a failed or stuck payment on our end) or you were charged in error/duplicate, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll investigate and refund if warranted. Refunds are issued for the amount you actually paid (after any coupon discount), back to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, per Razorpay's standard processing time.
Email coach@aimasteryacademy.in with your Razorpay payment ID (visible on your payment receipt and under Profile → Transaction history if you were signed in when you paid) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
